How To use a visualizer/document camera (visual projector) to display and share an information to the whole class.


Visualizer / Document Camera

A Visualizer or Document Camera is an electronic device used to project and display documents, pictures, objects, charts, or written materials onto a screen or interactive whiteboard for the whole class to view clearly.



Steps to Use a Visualizer / Document Camera

1. Switch on the visualizer/document camera and projector.

2. Connect the visualizer to the computer or projector.

3. Place the document, picture, chart, or object under the camera.

4. Adjust the camera focus and lighting for a clear image.

5. Display the image on the screen or interactive whiteboard.

6. Explain the content to the students while viewing the projected material.

7. Zoom in or rotate the image if needed for better visibility.

8. Save or capture the displayed image if required.

9. Switch off the devices after use.
