VARIOUS ICT TOOLS AND THEIR STEPS TO USE
1. Computer / Desktop Compute
Steps
1. Connect the power cable.
2. Press the power button to switch on.
3. Wait for the operating system to load.
4. Use the mouse and keyboard to open applications.
5. Connect to the internet if needed.
6. Create, save, and manage files.
7. Shut down properly using the Start/Menu option.
2. Laptop
Steps
1. Open the laptop lid.
2. Press the power button.
3. Log in using password or PIN.
4. Use touchpad or mouse for navigation.
5. Connect to Wi-Fi.
6. Open software like Word, browser, or presentation tools.
7. Save work and shut down after use.
3. Internet
Steps
1. Turn on Wi-Fi or mobile data.
2. Open a web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
3. Type a website address in the address bar.
4. Press Enter to open the website.
5. Search information using search engines.
6. Download or upload files if required.
7. Log out from important accounts after use.
